Turmeric elixir

I want to give you an antioxidant powerhouse recipe.

It is no longer enough to drink warm water with lemon in the morning, now I want to share with you a recipe that is a powerful antioxidant if you drink it on an empty stomach.

Turmeric is a potent antioxidant, with an ORAC index of 159 277 (almost 10 times the value of a walnut), making it one of the 4 most powerful antioxidants that nature has to offer.

Prepare it as follows:

To 1 cup of hot water, you must add:

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Ginger zest
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/2 tablespoon organic turmeric
  • 3 cloves
  • A pinch of black pepper

In order for the turmeric to be absorbed in a better way, it is important to add black pepper.

What is ORAC? It is the measure of a food's ability to attack free radicals in your body, the higher the ORAC score, the more antioxidant potential there is in that food.
